D$'s Players Ball is the longest running and largest webmaster event, now in it's 11th year. Our mission is to provide a relaxed atmosphere for our players to have fun and network while providing legendary talent to perform. Past legends include Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Lil Jon, Xzibit, Cypress Hill, Doug E Fresh, Slick Rick, E-40, DJ Quik, Digital Underground and many more. With beautiful dancers and big screens displaying our sponsors as the eye candy, this event will be remembered for years to come. Targeted Audience

The Players Ball has a targeted audience of over 5,000 serious webmasters over the years. Unlike other events, we've been collecting detailed information through our registration and survey process including their emails. We consider our database to be the top performing webmasters figuring that these are the people who have had enough money to travel and pay for the trade shows over the years which makes them serious about doing business. Our sponsors benefit from our newsletter, website, press releases and chat board promotions before and after the event.

Event Promotion

Publicity
As we promote the party we will be mentioning our sponsors in both press releases, chat board hype and our own resources. During the party our audience will hear your company's URL and a brief description on what you offer. Nothing like a captive audience to send the message.

Signage
Our venue is set up with big screens that will be displaying your company's URL/logo. If you have pics or video we can insert it in this production as well. We use beautiful women and the performing artists on the stage to attract the eye balls to the big screens where our crowd will notice your company.

Our website ThePlayersBall.com attracts a steady 500 unique industry visitors per day, which increases to 1,000 just before and after the event. As a main sponsor you will have a 468 x 60 banner displayed on the main pages of the site. The co-sponsors will have a 120 x 120 banner displayed. We keep banners up on the site for months to maximize your exposure. Included with our sponsorships will be links and a description of your services to our 5,000 and growing webmaster newsletter. Because our party is the welcoming party for Internext, we are using a registration process online (theplayersball.com/register/) to ensure everyone can be on the guest list. This will also help our promotions/email list because AVN is linking to this registration page for their attendees.
