We're now offering memberships to the Players Ball starting at only $1,000 good for 2 years with an annual renewal of only $99 per year.  This includes a link on our official sites ThePlayersBall.com & RockTheBall.com (coming soon), VIP admission for yourself and 2 others with entry through our Players Card VIP line.  This means you get access for you and 2 others in the VIP area for the next 3 years. Membership starts on the next events date.


Every event we throw, you are guaranteed VIP for you and 2 others without standing in the general line at the door, you're getting in through the Players Card VIP entrance.  No pass necessary. 


Your card IS your pass.  All cards also have magnetic stripes on the back, we're storing data.  We'll actually be loading cards with credits for more passes and event VIP passes, reserved tables, bottle service, and more.  This is where being a larger size sponsor gets fun, you can hook up your players with whatever you want on their cards.   Now you can reserve your top affiliates by loading their cards with credits. 

The History
The Players Ball is the longest running and largest adult webmaster event of all time.  This coming January marks our 10th year throwing the Players Ball. Known for our annual "Pimp & Ho" themed event in Las Vegas every January, these events are thrown at 2 to 3 times a year.  . This year we have already thrown 3 Players Balls in January and am planning on throwing 2 more events, one at the XBiz Summer Forum located in Las Vegas on July 12th, and also Internext's summer show in Hollywood Florida on August 4th. 

The Success
 Averaging over 4500 to 5000 adult industry only players at C2K in the Venetian, the Players Ball was a proven success.   The issues we had were at the door, too many people trying to get in all at the same time, thousands of people.    Not anymore, we have kept our crowd capacity around 1000 to 2000 people the last few years.  This handled 95% of the problems at the door.  We promote this event only to our webmaster crowd attending the trade shows, never to the public. 

The Artists
We've entertained our industry with huge name artists you would only have a chance to see in arenas and stadiums.  Artists like;  Snoop Dogg, Xzibit, Cypress Hill, Too $hort, Digital Undergroung, Slick Rick, Doug E Fresh, George Clinton & P-Funk, DJ Sasha, Third World, Half Pint with Dubcat, Eek-A-Mouse, Clinton Sparks, Fishbone, Ice-T and Ice Cube (this past January).

New Vegas Home
The new Vegas home for the Players Ball is at the Empire Ballroom which can hold between 1500 to 2000 people, so we started making this event even more exclusive, only the sponsors get the passes with their sponsorship packages, they dictate who attends the Ball.   This leaves some players out if they don't do business with these specific sponsors and don’t want to leave any players behind. 

The Player Scenerio (the vision)
Your Players Card holders will have online access to their Players Card account.  Their account will show what credits they have accumulated.  When guests show up at the next Ball, they will have their card swiped and the host will accommodate their credits.  For example, you can load them with 5 VIP passes, reserved table, bottle service, private Go Go dancer at their table and more.   PLAY ON, PLAYER!   Now that's hooking up your people!    We don’t do roll over credits, the only thing that you know for sure is that as a card holder, the next event you will have is for 3 admissions through the VIP line, no passes necessary.  We have membership cards that are either  1 year or 5 year memberships.  Bigger sponsors all get 5 year memberships for their players. 




The Cards - 3 Cards - 1 Wallet and 2 Key Chain Cards
We have a slick system in place to reward all Players Card holders for future events.  Did I mention you also get 2 key chain Players Cards in addition to the credit card sized one you keep in your wallet?  Forgot your Players Card?  No worries, just use the one on your key chain.  All good.  Want to give one of your key chain cards to a friend?  Go for it, both cards share the same account, they can show up with their friends and you can go separately with your friends (as long as you have more then 3 credits in your account for admission).  So each account already gives you 3 admissions per event, spread your cards around true player style. 




The New Era - Rock N Roll
Many already know about The Players Ball but did you know that D-Money has a new event targeting Rock artists?  RockTheBall.com will launch at one of these summer shows, most likely the XBiz summer forum which has a theme of "Rock" and hosts their event at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.  You think we jammed at the Players Ball, wait until you see how we rock!  Your Players Cards are good for Rock The Ball events as well.

Exclusive
So far only about 100 people have cards to date, we are keeping these memberships as an exclusive perk.  We haven't issued a new Players Card to anyone in the last 3 years.  if you're a current card holder, you can send us your current card and we'll send you a new one with this scan strip on the back.  All cards will be embossed with your name or nick handle.
